• Salesforce Architecture & Development: Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex, scalable solutions within the Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Salesforce CPQ, Service Cloud, etc.) using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and other Salesforce technologies
• Salesforce CPQ configuration and implementation

• Technical Leadership: Mentor and guide a team of Salesforce developers, conducting code reviews, establishing best practices for Design and Development, and ensuring high-quality, maintainable code
• Leadership: troubleshooting exercise for complex issues
• Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and Stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver innovative solutions
• Deployment and Governance: Manage release cycles, deployment processes (using tools like Azure DevOps, GitLab, or Copado), and maintain platform health, security, and governance standards
• Stay Current: Continuously research and evaluate new Salesforce features, industry trends, and advancements in AI/Agentic technologies to recommend and implement relevant improvements
• AI Proficiency: Stays current on the AI tools and technologies available, and applies them to meaningfully increase velocity on day-to-day work

Essential requirements and candidate background

• 10+ years of Salesforce solution design, architecture, and development experience (Apex, Lightning, Visualforce) in an enterprise environment
• Advanced experience with sharing and security, visibility, data models, Flows, and other Salesforce platform features and components
• Experience: Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud
• Experience: Salesforce CPQ configuration and implementation, including Product and Pricing Rules

• Experience: Salesforce discounting, contracts, quote templates, and renewals
• Experience: the Quote-to-Cash domain, preferably with CPQ tools (Salesforce CPQ, Conga, or Industry CPQ)
