Sources and preparation
Employer career pages, public employer feeds and official recruitment notices are the sources for published job information. Other job-information sites can help identify leads, but a lead is not itself evidence that a vacancy is open. We link to the original source and distinguish individually prepared articles from automatically prepared employer-feed summaries.
Automation and its limits
Collection and extraction software helps organise role duties, qualifications, work arrangements and application information. Not every automatically prepared summary is individually checked line by line. Extraction can omit context or confuse alternative and preferred criteria. Readers should use the complete official description to establish eligibility. We do not present automated summaries as statements issued by an employer.
Pay, dates and uncertain details
We do not invent salary, stipend, vacancy count, age limits, application fees, selection stages or closing dates. Undisclosed information is identified as such. Employer pay, a publisher’s estimate and take-home income are different things; an estimate, when used, must be clearly identified. Publication dates and later corrections should not be used to imply that an old vacancy is newly open.
Closures and archived posts
Published articles remain accessible after a vacancy closes. A confirmed closure or elapsed stated deadline adds a Closed label and removes active application controls. Closed posts remain in categories, search and saved jobs for reference. Absence from a limited crawl batch does not establish closure, and an available saved page does not guarantee that an employer still accepts applications.
Corrections and source updates
Email [email protected] with the article URL, the disputed detail and a supporting official source where possible. We assess the report, correct information that is wrong or outdated, and add an explanatory note when a material change warrants one. Do not include application passwords, OTPs or unnecessary candidate documents. We cannot guarantee an immediate response or alter an employer’s recruitment process.
Copyright and other rights concerns
Our aim is to explain factual recruitment information in our own presentation and point readers to the original notice. Employer names and trademarks identify the relevant organisation and do not imply endorsement. If you believe a page infringes your rights, contact [email protected] with the specific page, the material at issue and information supporting your claim. We will assess the concern and correct or remove material where appropriate.
Commercial relationships
Advertising, sponsorship and affiliate relationships must be disclosed clearly. They do not establish that a vacancy is genuine, change official eligibility criteria or guarantee a hiring outcome.
