• Monitoring: system performance, analyse logs, and optimise database and application parameters
• Management: backup and restore procedures, ensuring data integrity and business continuity
• Apply patches (CPU, PSU, and technical patches) across all supporting products and technologies
• Troubleshoot performance issues and identify bottlenecks in large-scale EBS environments
• Configure and maintain high availability and disaster recovery solutions for SAP systems
• Support: SAP system migrations to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) where applicable
