• End-to-end understanding of Invoice to Pay processes, including invoice processing, approvals, exception handling, vendor management, and payment processes
• Hands-on experience with:
• SAP Vendor Invoice Management (VIM)
• Intelligent Capture
• SAP Concur
• SAP S/4HANA implementation and transformation programs
• Experience: at least one end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation, including solution design, testing, deployment, and business adoption
• Experience managing a portfolio of multiple projects or a strategic book of work simultaneously
• People leadership experience, including managing high-performing teams
• Stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior business and technology leaders
• Problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills

Preferred experience and additional strengths

• Experience working in a global, matrix organization is highly desirable
