• Own governance and quality as a system
• Run quote governance and data quality as a discipline: root-causing discrepancies across CRM and renewal systems and building the controls that prevent them from recurring
• Partner with IT and RevOps to define what the systems and automation should actually do, rather than reacting to what they currently do
• Leadership: cross-functionally, with real ownership
• Be the primary liaison between Renewals Operations and BI/Data teams, and a trusted partner to Sales, Finance, Legal, and Customer Success on renewal goals, definitions, and standards
