• Has ideally translated IT pain into business outcomes - Exp selling a complex solution into IT personas
• Ideally understands & has used MEDDPICC as a sales qualification tool & Command of the message - Ability to build champions
• Understanding and experience working with channel partners & SDR's
• Highly driven, goal oriented "get it done" attitude
• Naturally driven, high levels of Integrity, grit / tenacity but still coachable
