• Development: and deliver compelling product marketing collateral, promotional campaigns, and digital content that effectively influence customers, channel partners, distributors, and key decision-makers
• Represent regional market requirements to Product Business Units by providing market intelligence, competitive analysis, customer feedback, and recommendations for future product development
• Define and execute India-focused Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies in collaboration with management, including product launches, new product and solution introductions (NPI/NSI), customer demonstrations, trade shows, industry events, and promotional activities
• Identify, evaluate, and engage design partners and ecosystem enablers to strengthen product ecosystems, accelerate design wins, and drive sustainable revenue growth
• Establish, monitor, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) while proactively tracking and improving business performance
• Delivery: product expertise, technical marketing support, and training to Renesas Sales teams, Field Application Engineers (FAEs), Sales Representatives, and Distribution Partners

Essential requirements and candidate background

• 12+ years of experience in microcontrollers, microprocessors, embedded systems, development tools, and technology marketing
• Experience leading local, global, and cross-functional teams, programs, and external partners
• Understanding: embedded system development methodologies, software tools, and system-level design techniques
• Communication, presentation, and public speaking skills, with the ability to engage technical and business audiences effectively
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a sense of ownership, accountability, and execution excellence
• Influencing and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build alignment across internal and external organizations

Education and qualification routes

• Degree / qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent technical discipline is required; an MBA is preferred, particularly with a focus on embedded software, technology management, or related fields

Preferred experience and additional strengths

• In-depth knowledge of MCU/MPU ecosystems, applications, market segments, and industry requirements
