• Have depth and breadth across process modules
• Ie BCD process
• Drive continual improvement towards better Quality, Cost, Cycle time, etc
• Hands on experience taking a newly introduced technology/ product to benchmark process performance
• Quality and Customer Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs):
• Partner with Foundry Quality and cross-functional teams to lead root cause identification, material disposition, and corrective action identification
• Successful corrective action will ensure no repeats of similar types of issues and strive to catch excursion at/ closest to the point of origin
• Foundry Operations’ representative for QA foundry audit
