• Freshworks is looking for a Manager to join our global Corporate Strategy team and help shape some of the most important decisions facing the company

• Own high-priority strategic initiatives from initial question through recommendation and execution
• Tackle ambiguous company-level problems, develop hypotheses, and create the analytical frameworks needed to answer them
• Evaluate growth opportunities across AI, product, GTM, pricing, market expansion, and strategic investments
• Building: business cases, financial models, market assessments, and scenario analyses that inform investment and resource allocation decisions

• Experience solving growth, product, GTM, pricing, market entry, or investment strategy problems
• Analytical and financial modeling skills with the ability to turn data into business insights and recommendations
• Executive-level communication skills and the ability to influence without authority
