• Experience: adjuvant and LNP process unit operations including Extrusion, Tee-mixing, Multi-Inlet-Vortex-Mixing (MIVM), Homogenization/Microfluidization, Filtration, Tangential Flow Filtration (TFF)
• Scale up experience related to liposome and LNP formation unit ops including, but not limited to, Extrusion, Teemixing, Microfluidization/Homogenization
• Experience handling potent compound lipids (OEB4 & 5) and working in isolators and Ventilated Booth Enclosures (VBEs)
• The Ideal Candidate would possess:
