Essential requirements and candidate background

• Experience: sales engineering, security engineering, solutions architect, technical success, technical account management, or a similar role in the MSP or tech industry
• Expertise in troubleshooting and resolving email delivery and mail flow issues
• Understanding: email authentication protocols like DMARC, DKIM, SPF
• Technical presentation and communication skills
• Communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with MSP partners and internal teams
• Proactive problem solver with a passion for partner success
• Travel occasionally to meet partners or attend industry events

• CISSP or other cybersecurity certification
• Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent
