• KRA: Window time adherence for dispatches to customers / warehouses
• Store Management
• Storage of all FG materials as per standards (safe and secure storage)
• Report and act on Blocked stocks
• KRA: Logistics quality incidents YoY
• Physical Logistics
• Participate and liaise logistics operations compliant with internal guidelines viz
• OMP ( Bosch India)/ PS Processes & methods, Central directives for Operations,safe and secure storage of all Finished goods
• KRA: Process optimization & productivity improvement
• Escalation Management
• Notify and report physical logistics (Outbound) and material delivery topics to leadership team (As per escalation matrix) to seek appropriate management intervention wrt Finished goods handling
