• Quality / delivery: only well-documented, reproducible issues progress to Embedded QA or Product Engineering
• Maintenance: structured triage workflows and meeting SLAs during coverage windows, including night triage rotation
• Data Collection, Automation & Reporting
• Automating periodic data pulls and dashboards from Jira and QA systems
• Development: scripts/tools to streamline triage and reporting workflows
• Analysis: triage trends (volume, ownership, product areas, resolution, patterns)
• Preparation: weekly, monthly, and quarterly triage reports with insights and recommended actions
