Responsibilities and work described

• A highly creative and detail-oriented Instructional Designer to join our Learning Design and Experience (LDEx) team
• In this role, you will own the complete learning lifecycle, from analyzing training needs and designing curriculum to developing learning materials, facilitating train-the-trainer sessions, and evaluating training effectiveness
• Create engaging learning experiences across classroom, virtual, self-paced, and e-learning environments
• Beyond course development, you will help solve business and performance challenges through innovative learning solutions that deliver measurable results
• Design: end-to-end learning solutions using instructional design frameworks such as ADDIE, SAM, and Bloom's Taxonomy
• Analysis: business requirements, review content, and identify knowledge and performance gaps
• Development: curriculum maps, learning paths, lesson plans, facilitator guides, learner materials, job aids, assessments, and e-learning content
• Create learning solutions for instructor-led, virtual instructor-led, self-paced, and digital learning environments
• Collaboration: with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather information, validate content, and ensure accuracy
• Utilize AI tools to support content analysis, storyboarding, scripting, drafting, and content refinement while ensuring quality and compliance standards
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver learning projects on time and according to project requirements
• Research / execution: and support Train-the-Trainer (TTT) sessions to ensure successful implementation of learning programs
• Coordination: training readiness requirements, including tools, systems, technology, and learning materials needed before deployment
• Evaluate learning effectiveness using Kirkpatrick's Four Levels of Evaluation and recommend continuous improvements
• Leadership: learning initiatives that address organizational, operational, or performance challenges
• Management: multiple instructional design projects simultaneously while meeting quality and delivery expectations

Essential requirements and candidate background

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Learning & Development, Communications, Psychology, Business, or a related field
• Equivalent education and experience may be considered
• At least 2 years of experience in Learning & Development, specifically focused on curriculum design, content development, and training delivery
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service, technical support, or a BPO environment
• Demonstrated experience applying instructional design methodologies such as ADDIE and SAM
• Understanding: adult learning principles and learning theories
• Experience creating training materials for one or more of the following:
• Instructor-led training (ILT)
• Virtual instructor-led training (VILT)
• Self-paced learning
• E-learning
• Experience conducting learning evaluations and measuring training effectiveness
• Written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with subject matter experts and diverse stakeholders
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Experience using AI tools to improve instructional design and content development workflows
