• Management: the OKR and epic portfolio, keep priorities current, and make sure committed work is loaded into each engineering team's agile backlog, so delivery dates will hold

Essential requirements and candidate background

• Experience: leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
• This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI’s potential impact on the function or industry
• 12+ years of program or project management experience in software, security, or infrastructure organizations
• OR similar experience with education
• A track record of managing multi-team programs with competing priorities and dependencies
• Knowledge: agile delivery, including backlog, epic, and sprint planning in enterprise tools (such as ServiceNow Agile)
• Experience managing OKRs and tying delivery to measurable outcomes
• Written and verbal communication, including executive-level reporting
• The ability to influence and align teams without direct authority

• ASM success measures defined, with regular reporting to leadership
