Essential requirements and candidate background

• 10+ years of software engineering experience building scalable, high-quality applications
• Expertise in Java, JavaScript and modern UI frameworks — React, Angular, or Lit (required)
• Hands-on proficiency using AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude, or similar) in day-to-day development work is a must
• Command of UI design principles, usability, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility standards
• Experience: REST, JSON, AJAX, and relational databases
• Experience: event-driven and stateless architectures, functional programming, and abstract data types (ADTs)
• Demonstrated experience driving architecture and engineering standards at a team or division level
