• Sound API, schema, and backward-compatibility judgment
• Security instincts for multi-tenant authorization, credentials, uploads, and external input

• Product judgment and comfort operating without heavy specification or process overhead
• High ownership: you stay accountable for reliability and customer outcomes after the code ships
