• Define regional hiring metrics and reporting, surface risks and bottlenecks to senior leaders, and recommend practical solutions that support predictable, high-quality hiring
• Partner with People Business Partners, Compensation, Finance, and other recruiting leaders on headcount strategy, process improvements, tooling decisions, and company-wide talent priorities
• Champion diversity, inclusion, and belonging, strengthen candidate and hiring team experiences, and build an effective operating model for all-remote collaboration across regions and time zones
