• Our Value Engineering team is growing, and we're looking for a Senior Value Engineer to join our team in London

• Craft and deliver compelling value presentations for audiences ranging from technical buyers to C-suite executives

• Partner closely with sales, product management, marketing, and customer success to shape value propositions tailored to different customer segments and industries

Essential requirements and candidate background

• 5+ years in value engineering, management consulting, financial analysis, equity research, or a related discipline within SaaS or technology
• Discovery instincts — you know how to ask the right questions, synthesize scattered data, and get to the real business driver fast
• Confidence designing original value propositions and modelling multiple scenarios against a customer's specific goals
• Experience: ROI/TCO modelling, value discovery frameworks, or competitive value frameworks
• Communication skills — you can make a complex model make sense to a sceptical CFO in five minutes, and hold your ground when they push back on your assumptions
• A natural collaborator who builds trust easily across sales, product, and customer-facing teams
• A track record of running projects with rigor: clean deliverables, tight deadlines, and the ability to take feedback and iterate quickly
