• As a Subproject Manager for Production Testing and Industrialization, you will help bring next-generation automotive radar products from development into series production

• Work: in an international environment, you will collaborate with engineering teams, manufacturing specialists, production plants and project stakeholders across different Bosch locations
• In this role, you will:
• Leadership: and coordinate production testing activities within automotive radar development projects
• Drive the development, implementation and release of production test solutions
• Quality / delivery: test readiness for prototype, sample, validation and series production milestones
• Act as a key interface between product development, manufacturing and production plants, ensuring alignment across project phases
• Coordination: technical topics and stakeholders, supporting effective and timely decision-making
• Identify project and technical risks, coordinate problem-solving activities and drive appropriate mitigation measures
• Support: industrialization, plant commissioning and production ramp-up, ensuring a smooth transition towards series production
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to production testing, efficiency and robustness
• Collaboration: with international and cross-functional teams across multiple Bosch locations

Essential requirements and candidate background

• Education
• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Engineering or a comparable technical field
• Relevant experience in automotive development, industrialization, manufacturing engineering or production testing
• Experience coordinating technical projects, subprojects or cross-functional engineering activities
• Experience working with different technical stakeholders throughout product development or industrialization phases
• Experience within an international project environment is an advantage
• Know-how
• Good understanding of production testing, industrialization and manufacturing processes
• Understand complex technical topics and translate them into clear actions and project priorities
• Knowledge: test, validation or calibration concepts is valuable
