• Experience: conducting requirement-gathering workshops for change requests and managing their implementation lifecycle
• Flexibility to provide extended support during critical situations, including weekends for high-priority issues, system restarts, or patch upgrades
• Proactive mindset to identify opportunities for optimization in existing integrations and recommend multiple solution approaches
• Understanding: SAP project lifecycle phases including development, testing (unit, integration, functional), go-live, and post-go-live support
