Essential requirements and candidate background

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma (BE/BTech/BSc or equivalent)
• Experience:
• 4–10 yrs MES experience with functional exposure to DELMIA Apriso implementations
• Mandatory/requires Skills:
• 5–10 yrs MES experience with functional exposure to DELMIA Apriso implementations
• Understanding: automotive/EV manufacturing (assembly stations, interlocks, quality gates, EOL)
• Documentation & workshop facilitation skills; customer-facing communication
• Knowledge: traceability, genealogy, NC/CAPA, rework loops, WIP controls

Preferred experience and additional strengths

• Exposure: SAP integration concepts (S/4HANA/ECC), basic understanding of PLC/SCADA data capture
• Exposure: scheduling/APS concepts (Ortems/PPDS) is a plus
