• Education:
• BE Mechanical / Mechantronics / Electronics
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience
• Knowledge:
• * Hands on experience and in-depth knowledge @ level L3+, in minimum, of Grinding Process and technology
• * Knowledge on Engg drawing, Engineering statistics (Machine & Process Capability), SPC, GD&T, MSA etc
• * Knowledge on programming depending on specific technologies (CNC programming, Vision programming, Press programming, Screwer programming, Python, etc)
• * Knowledge on CNC, basic PLC systems, Hydraulics and Pneumatics
• * Knowledge on standard Digital solutions (MES, etc), Digital Competency (Power BI, Tableau, etc) and Emerging technologies (Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence)
• Functional Skills:
• * Networking, Communication and Collaboration,\*Process Audits (IATF, PS/QMM, etc),\*Usage of MS office tools
• * Knowledge of various problem solving tools like Shainin, PSS, DOE, etc
