• In this role, you will be responsible for creating and managing Building Information Models (BIM) for electrical systems in construction projects, ensuring efficient and accurate design implementation
• Development: and maintain 3D BIM models for electrical systems using software such as Revit and AutoCAD MEP
• Collaboration: with project teams to integrate electrical designs into overall building models
• Analysis: and resolve conflicts between electrical systems and other building components
• Quality / delivery: compliance with industry standards, codes, and project specifications
• Generate accurate quantity take-offs and material schedules from BIM models
• Participate in design review meetings and provide technical support to project teams
• Continuously improve BIM processes and workflows for electrical systems
• Stay updated on the latest BIM technologies and best practices in electrical design

Essential requirements and candidate background

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in BIM for electrical systems
• Proficiency: BIM software, particularly Revit and AutoCAD MEP
